| Custom Show Clothing Ordering A deposit of 50% of total is due at time the order is made. The deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due in full before shipment. Our apparel starts with approx. 1000 Swarovski crystals If you want to design your own, just collect images or draw design ideas you like and we will do our best to design your unique look. Save and print our jacket form to help you get started then scan and email or mail back to us. Rush orders will be charged an additional 20% of the total price of the order. This rush fee allows us to compensate for overtime spent to make your garments. Please note that a rush order will not always be available. Expedited shipping is not included in the rush fee. ALTERATIONS Alterations are free for 30 days after delivery. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate measurements given when placing and order. We recommend that measurements be taken by a professional seamstress or tailor to prevent inaccurate results. We reserve the right to determine whether alterations are needed due to normal circumstances or due to inaccurate measurements. Fees will be applied to alterations after the 30 days. Please contact us for further information and pricing. Custom Order Returns: No Returns on custom orders. Extenuating circumstances may occur and these can be discussed on an individual basis, providing that the customer informs us within 5 days of receiving the garment. After 5 days we consider the customer satisfied and the order is closed. If a customer is dissatisfied, has duly notified us within the 5 day time, and does not need alterations, the garment in question shall be returned to us in new condition. The garment will be sold on a consignment basis for full price less the shipping costs. Once the garment is sold the customers account will be credited. CONSIGNMENTS: We offer a consignment page for customers to resell gently worn show apparel. All garments, saddle pads etc. Must be clean and in good condition. If it is not brought to us in clean good condition there will be a cleaning and repair fee charge for each garment. We reserve the right to refuse any garment. We are responsible for pricing after evaluating the garments conditions When an item sells, the customer will be notified and a credit will be made to their account, a check will be issued or a payment to the customers pay pal account. We charge a 20% consignment fee, shipping costs to be subtracted from the customers final sale price. Download our consignment form and fill out and mail back to us with the garment or accessory Accessories & Consignment Returns Items must be returned in 10 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns will be issued a store credit. PAYMENTS We accept personal checks, money orders or pay pal, and credit cards over phone. Items paid for by check or money order will be held until payment has cleared. Items paid for with Pay Pal or credit card will be shipped the following business day unless it is a custom order, Custom orders please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. You will receive notification through email or by phone when your order is completed. And final payment on custom orders will need to have been made before delivery. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned NSF. |
