| It is recommended that a sample of hair be sent usually at least an 1/8 " in diameter swatch for a good match. If a tail needs flaxen sides and in back sometimes a picture is helpful or if tail has a dark center and lighter sides then swatches of both colors are needed, along with a picture to get that perfect match. Most tails may be shipped the next day, although custom tails may take up to 2 weeks depending on hair availability, White, Flaxen, and grey colors are the hardest colors to get and are the most expensive.
